Доброго всем времени суток! Я предлагаю Вам разработку внеклассного мероприятия - спектакля «Frosen» для учащихся 2-4 классов. Этот материал может быть полезен учителям английского языка и использован

«FROSEN» (по мотивам мультфильма «Холодное Сердце»)

 Краткая аннотация:

Я предлагаю Вам разработку внеклассного мероприятия -спектакля «Frosen» для учащихся 2-4 классов.  Этот материал может быть полезен учителям английского языка и использован в конце четверти в качестве новогоднего праздника для детей. Спектакль проводится на английском и русском языках, кроме того, является интерактивным и зрители активно участвуют в спектакле, а в конце самые активные от Дедушки Мороза получат пятерку по английскому.  

Цель разработки: повысить мотивацию к изучению английского языка

Для реализации заданной цели, необходимо выполнить задачи:

-развитие коммуникативных навыков

-проверка знаний учащихся

-развитие внимания

-развитие языковой памяти

-расширение кругозора учащихся

Ход мероприятия:

Дети (два-три класса) заходят в актовый зал (мы проводили в методической рекреации) и рассаживаются по местам. Звучит музыка из мультфильма, входит Снегурочка.

Снегурочка приветствует:

-Good morning boys and girls! How are you today?

Дети хором здороваются.

Далее Снегурочка рассказывает ребятам правила поведения на спектакле, хвалит их заранее за хорошее поведение и обещает много сюрпризов.

Снегурочка:

Ну что ж, а мы, как и положено всякой сказке, начинаем:

— Once upon a time the was a kingdom!(слайд с Королевством)

The was a King and a Queen and their two daughters. (слайд с семьей) Elsa!(выходит Эльза, потягивается, ложится на кровать «засыпает») and Anna!(Анна подбегает к спящей Эльзе)

Anna- Elsa wake up

E- Go away, Anna.

A-Wake up wake up, It`s a wonderful night, I can not sleep! So we have to play

E- Go play by yourself!

А -Do you want to build a snowman?

Бегут

A – Come on, come on, come on, comeoo-on.. Do the magic!

Эльза колдует, Анна радуется (слайд с маленькой Эльзой)

  1. This is magic!!!

E – (достает игрушечного снеговика)Hello, I`m Olaf  I love warm hugs!(Олаф обнимает Анну)

A – More, I want more!!! Девочки — Снежинки поднимают-опускают ткань

E- Slow down,

Ранит Анну, Анна падает

Е -Anna, are you all right? Somebody help us!!! Mama, Papa!!

Вбегают папа и мама

F – What have you done?

M – We should call the witches

Снегурочка, ребята, давайте поможем и позовем ведьмочек все вместе (слайд Little witches), дети кричат хором несколько раз вместе с родителями, Эльзой и Снегурочкой.

Ведьмочки выходят в танце (музыка оу гаджи)Танец ведьм.

W – cursed or born?

F – Born and it`s getting stronger

W – I can help her, but you should keep your secret from everyone even her sister! (Ведьмочка колдует над Анной, появляется слайд с измененными воспоминаниями)

Снегурочка – Ребята, помогайте ведьмочкам, позовите Анну и посылайте ей тепло своих рук (дети протягивают руки и зовут Анну, она приходит в себя). Вот какие вы молодцы, спасибо вам ребята!

Песня Анны на английском языке мама и папа, Анна и Эльзы танцуют, поют песню(а также пела школьница из 9 класса).

Снегурочка: Итак, прошло 3 года!, Анна и Эльза выросли, остались одни и наступил День коронации(слайд – 3 года спустя)

Люди(старшеклассники) идут между рядами сидений к сцене и выкрикивают

 – Welcome to Arendell!

— The gates will be opened soon!

— Oh, I`m so exited!

— It`s Coronation day!

Песня повзрослевших Анны и Эльзы–Anna танцует и прихорашивается

Бал –

Глашатай объявляет:

— Elsa, the queen of Arendell!

Все расступаются,  Эльза заходит, с другой стороны сцены забегает Анна

A – Oh, Elsa, what a lovely day!

I`m so glad the gate will be open now! The New Year is close! We`ll have the great party!

E – No!!

A – Why not?

E – Because we can not offer the strangers to Arendel!!

A – But they are so nice, we should left the gates opened!

E – I said NO! The party is over! Close the gate!

A – Why are  you so rude?

E – I said enough!

 Поднимается стена снега – (девочки-снежинки поднимают полотна)

Люди кричат

— She is a monster!! We should catch her!!

Эльза убегает (слайд Эльза стоит в стороне от Эренделла)

A – Elsaa!!! Wait, please!

Кто то пытается удержать Анну

А-No, she is my sister! And without her there will not be a New Year!

 Танец снежинок

Песня Эльзы – потом все они вместе убегают за сцену.

Анна идет, видно что ей холодно

A – Oh, I`m so cold and lonely

Снегурочка — Ребята, давайте поможем бедной Анне и слепим ей попутчика,  Готовы?(Дети отвечают, слайд-снеговик, игропесенка «Снеговик» дети повторяют движения песни на последжнем куплете выходит на сцену снеговик и вместе с Снегурочкой, Анной и детьми повторяет движения)

O-Oh, hello! I`m Olaf I love warm hugs!

A-Hello, did Elsa make you)

O-Oh, no. Boys and girls made me.

A – Can you help me to find Elsa?

O – Of course!

В это время выскакивает из за кулис олень и бегает по залу, потом по сцене.

O – who is it? Is it your friend?

A – Where?

Олень врезается в Олафа. Тот теряет голову

O- Help me, I cant feel my legs!!

A (надевает голову обратно)– Here you are!

O – Oh, thank you! And who is it?

А(читает этикетку на ошейнике оленя)-It says that his name is Swen!

Олень кивает

A – Nice to meet you, swen!

So, Olaf, we should hurry up!  

O- Oh, let`s take Swen with us, he is so сute! He will be my pet!

A смеется –OK, Let`s go.

O-Oh, no. It is not very nice , let`s sing a song!

Guy`s, will you help us?

Снегурочка — Ребята, вы им поможете?

Вставайте со своих мест и присоединяйтесь к песне!

Песня… What can you do..

O- Oh, thank you, It was great! Now sit down!

We are at the Elsa`s house.

Продолжение песни Эльзы – последний куплет, снежинки бегают по залу и на сцену

  1. Elsa!!! Please! Forgive me!

E – Anna, What are you doing here? Olaf? And who is it?

O – Oh, It is Swen! He is my pet!

  1. Elsa, you should come back!

E – NO!

A – please!

E – No, Go away Anna, I`m afraid to hurt you!

A – But without you all the children will miss the New Year!

E – I don`t care!

A – But Elsa!

E – I said NO!

Ранит Анну, та падает. Олаф и Свен подбегают и пытаются поднять ее

E –Oh, what have I done!

Somebody help!!

Все склоняются к Анне и плачут.

Снегурочка  говорит:

-Ребята, надо помочь спасти Анну! Нам нужно позвать самого главного волшебника русской зимы. Кто это? (слайд Дед Мороз)

 Дети кричат «Дед Мороз!» Никто не приходит. Снегурочка:

-Ребята, я знаю в чем дело, ведь Дедушка Мороз ездит на лошадях, а у нас в этом году такая снежная зима, что нам надо приманить лошадок деда Мороза – поможете мне?

Играет с ребятами.

-Ну все, теперь можно пробовать звать Дедушку Мороза!

Снова кричат «Дед Мороз!» никто не откликается, Снегурочка:

-Ребята, я поняла, нам же нужно звать дедушку по-английски а не по-русски, ведь ехать ему надо в сам Эренделл. Все кричат «Farther Frost!» Выходит Дед Мороз!

ДМ- I`m coming! Hello everybody! What has happened?

     Снегурочка:

      — Дедушка, вот смотри, какая беда приключилась!

    ДМ- Ойойой, надо девочке помочь, ребята, помогайте мне, все вместе                                               громко досчитаем до 3х, я 3 раза стукну волшебным морозильным посохом и    спасем Анну вместе. Готовы?

  Все считают дол 3, дед стукает посохом, ничего не происходит.

  ДМ-От я старый совсем стал, все забыл, считать то надо по-английски и до   10!

  Считают.

Анна встает.

Снегурочка – Ура, вы спасли ее, потому что вместе мы можем сделать все, что угодно! Ведь под Новый год любовь и добро всегда побеждают зло, а нет ничего жарче и теплее сестринской любви!

Дедушка, а у тебя что в мешке – подарки?

ДМ- Еще лучше, тут у меня пятерки по английскому языку! Но просто так я их не отдам! Я Вам буду задавать вопросы, а за правильные ответы давать конфетки, и кто 3 конфетки соберет, получает открытку с 5кой, которую на следующем уроке английского сможет обменять на настоящую пятерку. Готовы?

For the third lesson of Studying English with Movies, let’s take a look at the hugely popular animated film from last year, “Frozen.” If you don’t know by now, “Frozen” is a movie from Disney about two sisters, one of which has the power to magically create snow, ice, and other wintry things. The movie became very popular largely due to the song, “Let It Go” which you have probably heard on the radio, or out in public by now. (Here is the music video with lyrics)

So what can we learn from this Disney movie?

As with the first two lessons, let’s follow our same formula.

Step 1: Choose the Movie

I chose “Frozen” to use for two main reasons. First, it is such a popular movie, I’m sure many people are somewhat familiar with it or have seen it before. Second, Disney movies are usually good to start with because they are mostly aimed at children, and so the language is a little easier to understand.

Step 2: Choose a Scene

For the scene, I wanted to focus on one that had a dialogue between the two main characters, Anna and Elsa. Again, choosing something with only two characters is usually good for studying in my opinion.

In this scene, Anna has just found Elsa’s new snow castle on the mountain and is trying to get her to come back down to the city. Elsa left the city of Arendelle because she was afraid her magic would hurt the people of the city.

Let’s watch:

Step 3 (optional): Try Writing Down the Script (Dictation)

This scene is a little longer than in our last study with “Elektra.” That’s ok, it’s not too long. If you are ready to try, go ahead and try writing down the script as you hear it. Don’t worry if you can’t understand every word! Instead, just write down the sounds you hear and you can check the script later.

Anna: Whoa! Elsa? It’s me! Anna!

Elsa: Anna!

Anna: Whoa! Elsa, you look…different. It’s a GOOD different. And this place, i—it’s amazing!

Elsa: Thank you. I never knew what I was capable of.

Step 4: Look Up any New Vocabulary

Step 5: Find Common Sentence Patterns

There are a couple of good sentences to choose from but the one I’d like to point out and teach today is Anna’s third line:

Anna: I’m so sorry about what happened.

In this scene, Anna feels that it is her fault for causing Anna to run away from Arendelle up into the mountains. She is expressing her apology to Elsa.

The “key” to this sentence pattern is:

I’m so sorry about ( X ).”

The phrase “sorry about X” shows the speaker’s regret or apology to the listener specifically about the topic “X”. As a complete verb phrase, it would be “to be sorry about X.” The word “so” emphasizes the speaker’s feeling.

Here are some other examples you could make with this pattern:

I’m so sorry about spilling wine on your shirt.”
I’m so sorry about bothering you before your big exam.”
I’m so sorry about the other day.”
I’m so sorry about your iPad.”

The first two examples have the “key” plus a verb in “-ing” form.

I’m so sorry about spilling wine on your shirt.”

The second two examples have the “key” plus a noun or noun phrase.

Step 6: Note How a Character Responds to a Question or Comment

In this dialogue, there are no questions so we can’t look at that type of interaction here. However, there are other aspects we can study to see how a character responds. In this case, we’ll look at how Elsa responds to a comment from Anna.

In this scene from “Frozen,” we’ll use the same comment that we used earlier in the key sentence pattern exercise. To review, Anna is apologizing to Elsa for what she did earlier:

Anna: I’m so sorry about what happened. If I’d have known—

Elsa: No, it’s ok. You—you don’t have to apologize.

So, the key question we need to answer is, “How does Elsa respond to Anna’s apology”? As a result of looking at this, we can get a good idea of how we can respond to an apology in our daily lives.

First, Anna makes a clear apology:

“I’m so sorry about what happened.”

Then, she starts to show regret before Elsa interrupts her:

“If I’d have known—“

So, how did Elsa respond?

Well, in this case, she does not blame Anna for making a mistake or doing something bad to her so she wants to tell Anna that she doesn’t need to worry or feel bad or take the blame.

“No, it’s ok.”

In this case, “No” means that the person who is apologizing does not need to apologize. “It’s ok” emphasizes to the listener that they don’t need to feel bad about this.

To be clear, Elsa adds one more sentence:

“You—you don’t have to apologize.”

Again, this tells Anna very clearly that she is not at fault.

How can You Use this in Conversation?

When someone apologizes to you for something they believe they have done wrong, you can either accept, reject, or refuse the apology.

  • Accepting means that the other person did, in fact, do wrong to you and you appreciate their apology.
  • Rejecting means that even though the other person did something wrong to you, it is so bad that they can’t make up for the mistake or wrongdoing.
  • Refusing is telling the other person that their action was not so bad and that they don’t need to apologize. This is what has happened in this scene.

When you want to refuse an apology, just say,

“No, it’s ok.”

If you wish to stress the point that the other person doesn’t need to feel bad or worry about their mistake or perhaps it wasn’t even a mistake at all, you can say,

“You don’t have to apologize.”

Scene 1

Storyteller: Warm greetings to you all, boys and girls. I want to tell you the story about a boy called Kay. Let’s begin. He lived in a poor house with his friend Gerda.

(A poor room, a fireplace, 2 armchairs, rose bushes)

Gerda: hello Kay

Kay: Hello Gerda. Look at our roses – they are so beautifu!

Kay: The stairs are creaking.

Gerda: Here is our Granny.

Kay:  Keep quite! Let’s frighten her.

Gerda: All right!

(The children are running around the room trying to hide.)

Kay: Bow-wow-wow!

Granny: Oh, dear, you frightened me! It is so cold and frosty outside! The Snow Queen is putting her charms on everything.

Gerda: Granny, who is the Snow Queen?

(The sounds of mysterious music)

Granny: The Snow Queen lives in the North! She is very beautiful but very cruel!

Kay: Oh! Who are you?

S.Q.: I am the Snow Queen. Good evening!

Granny: Good evening! Sit down, please!

S.Q.: No! It is very hot for me! You are old and poor. And you have two children. And I am very rich but alone. So, I’ll take this boy from you!

Kay: What? Granny! I don’t want to go with her!

Gerda: Granny! Don’t give Kay to her!

S.Q.: Kay! You’ll be my son! You will live in the beautiful palace!

Kay: I don’t want!

(The Snow Queen touches Kay with her magic wand. The frightful music sounds.)

Kay: Ha-ha-ha! How fat and funny you are!

Gerda: What’s the matter?

Granny: I don’t recognize you!

Kay: I don’t want to live in this poor house! I am leaving. Goodbye!

(He runs out)

Scene 2

Gerda: I am very tired! I have been looking for Kay for so long! But I must find my brother!

Scene 4

(The storyteller is sitting on the pillows in front of the fireplace.)

Story-teller:  Poor Gerda! She is going to the North to the Snow Queen. It is so cold and frosty everywhere!

Gerda: Is this the kingdom of the Snow Queen?

Reindeer: Yes, it is. I can’t go there with you.

Gerda:  Thank you, my dear friend!

(In the palace: Kay is on the icy throne.)

Gerda: Kay, Kay! Are you frozen? Answer me!

Kay: Hush, Gerda! You are bothering me!

Gerda: Dear Kay, You sound so cold. Are you really my brother?

Kay: I am really Kay. I am very busy.

Gerda: Kay, let’s go home. It’s spring there. The sky is blue, the sun is shining, the birds are singing.

(She weeps and embraces Kay.)

Kay: I am cold, Gerda. Is it you? What’s the matter? I feel a very great heartache!

Gerda: Let’s go! We will go home.

Scene 5

(The same room as in the first scene.)

Little Robber Girl: Can you hear? The stairs are creaking!

Man: I buy rarities. In winter flowers are rare! Here are ten pounds for your roses.

Granny: I am not going to sell the roses. We like them very much.

Gerda: Yes, we love them.

Man: Thirty pounds:

Granny: No!

Man: Fifty:

Granny: No!

Man: I’m the King’s Counsellor! I’m very rich! I sell ice. I know the Snow Queen! I can buy anything!

Granny: They are not for sale.

Man: You are a crazy old woman!

Kay: Don’t shout at our Granny! She is so kind!

Man: Well, I’m leaving! I’ll take revenge! I’ll tell the Snow Queen about you!

Kay: What an angry man!

Gerda: Granny, who is the Snow Queen?

(The sounds of mysterious music)

Granny: The Snow Queen lives in the North! She is very beautiful but very cruel!

(The sounds of the blizzard)

The Snow Queen: Have you seen the Mystic Queen

Riding in her limousine

Over hills and dales till morning.

If you like I’ll take you there

Kay: Oh! Who are you?

S.Q.: I am the Snow Queen. Good evening!

Granny: Good evening! Sit down, please!

S.Q.: No! It is very hot for me! You are very nice but old and poor. And you have two children. And I am very rich but alone. So, I’ll take this boy from you!

Kay: What? Granny! I don’t want to go with her!

Gerda: Granny! Don’t give Kay to her!

S.Q.: Kay! You’ll be my son! You will live in the beautiful palace!

Little Robber Girl: You can wave your arms, your legs and your tail, but we won’t give Kay to you!

Kay: Go away, you two! We are not afraid of you. Thank you, dear friends!
