День солидарности с Кашмиром

Это один из немногих строго зафиксированных официальных национальных праздников. Отмечается с 1990 года 5 февраля. Он посвящён поддержке Пакистаном повстанцев в индийских штатах. Официально Исламабад считает, что Кашмир и Джамму – это оккупированные Индией территорией, а народы этих штатов получили право на самоопределение.

День Пакистана

День Пакистана – один из самых старых праздников этой страны, отмечается с 1956 года. Празднуется 23 марта, является официальным государственным выходным.

Появление этого дня стало возможным благодаря Лахорской резолюции в 1940 году. Разделение на части Британской Индии позволило мусульманам, которые проживали в этой стране, избавиться от негативного влияния англичан и от индийцев.

День Пакистана считается днём национальной гордости. В столице проводится гражданский и военный парад, на котором обязательно присутствует президент, возлагаются венки к отцам-основателям страны.

Правительство Пакистана соорудило аж два мавзолея, куда регулярно относит венки именно в этот день.

Вообще вся церемония очень торжественная, серьёзная и официозная. Она транслируется как по местному телевидению, так и по радио, а также обязательно в мельчайших деталях освещается в прессе. Сам характер подачи информации находится под строгой цензурой, любая критика – под запретом.

День независимости Пакистана

Отмечается 14 августа, именно в этот день Пакистан обрёл независимость. Празднуется с 1947 года. Начинается официальная церемония поднятия государственного флага, всё крайне официозно и расписано буквально по минутам. В Исламабаде проходит торжественный парад. Государственные флаги поднимает президент и премьер министр.

Государственный флаг должен быть торжественно поднят в каждом городе и над офисом каждой организации. В первом случае почётная обязанность возложена на назима, во втором – на руководителя предприятия. Кроме того, в День независимости сменяется торжественно караул у мавзолеев.

День жертвоприношения

В Пакистане главный праздник Куйрам-Байрам или праздник жертвоприношения. Он проводится на 70 день после окончания Рамадана, точная дата вычисляется по лунному календарю.

Идея жертвоприношения была взята из Ветхого Завета, где Бог решил испытать крепость веры одного из правоверных и попросил его принести в жертву собственного сына. В христианской традиции речь идёт о единственном сыне, к тому же родившимся очень поздно и поэтому особенно любимым отцом. В мусульманской версии точно не говорится о том, какой именно ребёнок имелся в виду, но подразумевается, что старший. Когда Ибрахим решил зарезать своего сына, то Аллах остановил его, нож оказался слишком тупым, а рядом был овен, на которого и было указано. С тех пор появилась традиция приносить в жертву животных.

Ид аль-Фитр

Это праздник окончания Рамадана, день разговения. Обязанность держать строгий пост, во время которого правоверный не ест в светлое время суток (пока солнце на небе) и не пьёт, считается священной обязанностью каждого мусульманина вместе с молитвами 5 раз в день и Хаджем (паломничеством), который должен совершить любой верующий хотя бы раз в жизни. Освобождаются только беременные и кормящие грудью, а также больные.

Праздник начинается с молитвы. Прийти на неё в мечеть нужно в чистой, очень желательно – в новой одежде. Предписано надевать на себя в этот день самое лучшее.

После взаимных поздравлений мужчины отправляются к себе домой, чтобы усесться за праздничный стол. Многие зовут друг друга в гости, только нужно учесть, что едят взрослые мужчины отдельно. Женщины празднуют отдельно, причём садятся за стол они уже после того, как поели мужчины.
