Grandmother:  I am to run!

                         What do you want?

Grandfather:  Help me, please!

Grandmother:  O, kеy!

Grandmother : Granddaughters, come here!

Звучит песенка «One, two, three, four, five», появляются внучки.

Granddaughters:  Little girl, little girl, where did you go?

                              Hello, people!

                              What do you want, Granny?

Grandmother:       Help me, please!

Granddaughters:  O, kеy!

                             Читают считалку в диалоге «One, one, one…….. «

Театрализация как средство повышения мотивации при обучении английскому языку

Сценарий сказки «Репка» на английском языке

Дети любознательны и с интересом начинают изучать иностранный язык, который является для них чем-то новым, необычным, поэтому для успешного обучения языку важно сохранить этот интерес как можно дольше. С этой целью мы поставили перед собой задачу погрузить детей в атмосферу театра, развивая при этом их речевые и познавательные способности, опираясь на речевой опыт, как в родном, так и в иностранном языке, создать положительную установку на дальнейшее изучение иностранных языков, пробудить интерес к жизни и культуре других стран.

Приемы театрализации направлены не только на развитие основных видов речевой деятельности, но и на формирование ассоциативного мышления, памяти, навыков общения в коллективе, творческой инициативы школьника.

Драматизация способствует лучшему запоминанию и усвоению различных грамматических явлений, расширению лексического запаса, развитию монологической и диалогической речи.

В преподавании иностранных языков значительное внимание уделяется использованию театрализованных постановок, которые служат не только развлечением для детей, но и средством обучения языку, и одним из основных способов развития творчества и воображения.

Театрализация – это и есть действенный метод обучения иностранному языку, который, естественно, включает в себя традиционные методы: ознакомление, тренировку, применение, лишь с разницей в мотивации ребенка. В традиционном обучении данные методы ставят задачу освоения лексического и грамматического материала, а при театрализации основной задачей для ребенка становится успешно сыгранная роль в пьесе. Сопутствующим методом является контроль, включающий коррекцию, опять же с позиции “режиссера” пьесы, а не педагога. Очень важным моментом в театрализованных постановках является то, что дети, играя определенную роль, перевоплощаясь в персонажа, полностью раскрепощаются и, даже допуская явные ошибки в речи, не теряются, а лишь ссылаются на тот факт, что ошибка допущена не ими, а теми персонажами, которых они играют.

Драма ближе, чем всякий другой вид творчества, непосредственно связана с игрой. В этом и заключается наибольшая ценность детской театральной постановки.

Основной закон детского творчества заключается в том, что ценность его следует видеть не только в результате , но и в самом процессе. Важно то, что дети создают, творят. У них развивается творческое воображение, которое они могут воплотить в спектакле.

Использование театрализации при обучении иностранному языку ставит перед собой следующие цели:

• формирование у детей навыков общения на иностранном языке;
• умение пользоваться иностранным языком для достижения своих целей, выражения мыслей и чувств, в реально возникающих ситуациях общения;
• воспитание активно – творческого и эмоционально-эстетического отношения к слову через подготовку и постановку спектаклей.

При обучении иностранному языку посредством театрализации мы успешно руководствуемся такими принципами как:

• Принцип коллективного взаимодействия
• Принцип доступности и посильности
• Принцип активности
• Принцип максимального сближения, координации в овладении разными видами речевой деятельности
• Принцип наглядности
• Принцип прочности усвоения лексического материала.

Следует отметить также, что драматизация помогает преодолеть пассивность тех детей, для которых изучение языка само по себе является трудной и непостижимой (по их мнению) задачей. Во время подготовки и проведения театрализованных постановок такие дети попадают в атмосферу непринужденного общения и дружеской обстановки, тем самым подсознательно стремясь внести свой вклад в общее дело, что , естественно, невозможно без применения знаний и умений, полученных во время занятии по иностранному языку.

Опыт показал, что театрализация на занятиях английского языка способствует повышению уровня знаний и навыков, полученных детьми в процессе обучения.

Театрализованные постановки не являются самоцелью, а лишь служат интересом усвоения программного материала, помогая создать ситуацию, в которой желание речевой деятельности значительно опережает языковые возможности детей, создавая тем самым исключительно благоприятные условия для усвоения новых знаний, развития навыков употребления новых речевых единиц в речи.

Для успешного усвоения лексического материала в ходе подготовки спектакля необходимо:

• ознакомление детей не с изолированными словами, а с группами слов, связанными семантической и фонетической ассоциацией;
• формирование мотива для ознакомления со словами данной семантической группы;
• интерпретация лексики через систему игр, а не механическое запоминание слов по списку;
• включение новых слов в систему отношений, уже сложившуюся между известными детям словами и их группами;
• согласованное знакомство с лексическим материалом и теми грамматическими операциями, которые позволяют ввести его в речевую деятельность.

А также необходимо учитывать коммуникативную значимость инсценировки для детей и объективную сложность заучиваемого материала.

Таким образом театрализация, воспринимаемая детьми как игра становится одним из основных видов деятельности, особенно, для младших школьников.

Turnip

Narrator: Once upon a time, there lived an old man and an old woman. They lived in the village of Khotokovo. Everybody knew them because the Grandfather was the most famous gardener all over the region. He grew the best fruit in the village. His plums were very juicy in his orchard. His grapes were very ripe. His strawberries were the most beautiful and sweet as sugar. His cherries were always sweet too. The Grandfather was the only man in the village who had lemons in his orchard. The Grandfather was very proud of his orchard. (В это время, когда рассказчик читает свой текст, фрукты на сцене демонстрируют свои фруктовые достоинства.)

But one day he decided to start growing vegetables. And he goes to the kitchen-garden and plants a turnip.

(После того, как дед посадил репку, он ложится на лавку – спит. Фрукты вокруг репки и она появляется на сцене. Фрукты зовут деда.)

Grandfather: Oh, what a big turnip we have in our kitchen-garden. I want to pull it out.

N.: Pulls the turnip.

Grandfather: One, two, three! It is too big for me.

N.: Calls the Grandmother.

Grandfather: Granny, come here! Help me, please!

N.: The Grandmother is very bright spark. She likes to sing and dance. She never looks sad.

Grandmother:

What’s the matter?

Grandfather: Help me, please!

Grandmother: All right, Grandfather.

N.: Grandmother by Grandfather, Grandfather by the turnip. Pull the turnip.

Grf. And Grm.: One, two, three!.. One, two, three!

N.: No result.

Grf. Grm.: Oh, it’s too big for us!

N.: Grandmother calls the Granddaughter.

They have a Granddaughter, Kate by name. She is a very kind girl, she always helps her Grandparents.

Granddaughter: (with skipping-rope):

Look, my rope is whirling past.

When we are happy and we know it clap the hands(we all dance).

Narrator:

It was spring, there were a lot of flowers in the trees and fields. The granddad was walking in the garden.

Grandfather: Oh, dear! Look, I’ve got a seed.

Grandmother: Jane, come here, look! What is it?

(прибежала внучка с телефоном в руке): I don’t know

Grandfather: I don’t know too. Let’s put it in the ground.

(Narrator: All the family waters the seed and waits for its growing.) (Показывают солнце на экране. Все ухаживают за Репкой)

Turnip: I am drinking water and growing. I am getting warm and growing. I want to become nice, sweet and big.

Cat: I’m a nice and funny cat

I always sleep on my green mat

I’m white and I’m grey

And I like so much to play! Mew, mew, mew, Oh, what a big turnip! It’s marvelous! I’ll help you! Let’s pull it out!

Bce: 1, 2, 3.(2 paза) Oh, we can’t!

Cat: Little Mouse, Little Mouse,

Come to our house, help us, please!

Mouse: Squeak, Squeak, Squeak! Oh, what a big turnip! It’s so lovely!

I’m a very strong Mouse, I can help you! Let’s pull it out!

Joe: Hello, my name is Joe. In May I planted a turnip and now it’s high time to pull it out.

Joe: (Джо подходит к репке, наклоняется к ней и пытается вытащить её из земли): The turnip is too big. (Хлопает в ладоши) One, Two, Three. I love my wife and my wife loves me. Rosie !Rosie! Please! Help me!

Выходит жена фермера Рози.

Rosie: Hi, I’m Rosie. I love my husband and my husband loves me.

Rosie: The turnip is too big.

Сценарий сказки «Репка»

The Turnip

Представленный вариант постановки «Репки» адаптирован для учащихся начальной школы (2-3 класс) 1-2 год изучающих английский язык. Для постановки взята хорошо известная сказка, поэтому все, что происходит на сцене, понятно зрителям, не знающим английский язык, например, родителям. В качестве дополнения к декорациям можно использовать небольшую презентацию, иллюстрирующую отдельные этапы сказки.

Деревенский дворик. На сцене спят петушок, пёс и кошка. Музыка. Звуки природы. Петушок просыпается и хлопает крыльями.

Cock:Cock—a – doodle – do! Good morning!

Песпросыпаетсяипотягивается.

Cock: Good morning, dear Doggy!

Dog: Good morning, my dear Cockerel!

Пес и Петушок поют песню «Goodmorning».

От шума Кошка открывает один глаз, затем переворачивается на другой бок, закрывает лапами голову и делает вид, что спит.

Cock: (обращаяськКошке):Good morning, my Kitten!

Cat (недовольно, капризно): Meow!No,no!Iwantsleeping!

Петушок и Пес убегают.

Сцена 2.

Быстрая музыка. Выбегает Мышка. Передвигается по сцене, нюхает предметы. Кошка просыпается, охотится на Мышку, хватает ее.

Mouse (пищит): Squeak — squeak!

Cat (угрожающе): Ha!Ha! Ha! (далееподозрительнолюбезно):

Little mouse, little mouse,

Where is your house?

Mouse:Little cat, little cat,

I have no a flat.

I am a poor mouse,

I have no house.

Cat: Little Mouse, little Mouse, come to my house!

Mouse: Little Cat, Little Cat, l cannot do that, you want to eat me!

Cat (грозно): Yes, I want to eat you! (хватает Мышку).

Mouse (кричит громко): Help!Help!

Появляются Пес и Петушок

Dog: Bow-wow! Bow-wow!

Cock : Сock-a-doodle-doo!

Отгоняют Кошку. Кошка шипит, мяукает: Meow—Meow! Пёс лает: Bow—wow! Петух кукарекает: Сock—a—doodle—doo!

Cat (отступая): Sorry!

На сцене появляется Дедушка, Бабушка и Внучка.

Grandpa: Good morning, Doggy!

Granny: Good morning, my little Kitten!

Grand-daughter: Good morning, Cockerel!

All the animals: Good morning!

Животные уходят, помирившись.

Сцена 3.

Grandpa: Let‘s plant a turnip!

Grand-daughter: It will be the biggest turnip!

Granny: ОК!

Дед выкапывает грядку, бабушка сажает семечко, внучка поливает землю.

Выходит Cолнышко.

Sun: I am the Sun! I am the Sun!

I’ II warm the turnip, and the turnip will grow! (подходиткгрядке).

Выходит Дождик.

Rain: I am the Rain! I am the Rain!

I’ II water the turnip, and the turnip will grow! (встаёт рядом с Солнышком)

Выходит Ветерок.

Wind: I am the Wind, I am the Wind!

I am blowing warmly and coolly, and the turnip will grow! (встаёт рядом с Солнышком и Дождиком)

Говорятвсевместе:

Grow, the Turnip, big!

Grow, the Turnip, sweet!

Grow, the Turnip, tasty!

Вовремяпеснирепкапостепеннопоявляетсяи «растет». Выходят Кошка и Мышка. Онитанцуют.Всевместеуходятзакулисы.

Turnip : My name is Turnip! I’m big. I’m yellow.

Grandpa: It’s wonderful! It’s beautiful! It’s big. It’s yellow. It’s time to pull it out. One, two, three. (пробуетвытянутьрепку)Oh! The turnip is very big. I cannot pull it out! Granny, come and help me!

Granny and Grandpa: One, two, three… We cannot pull it out!

Granny: Oh! The turnip is too big! Granddaughter! Come and help us!

Granddaughter, Granny and Grandpa: One, two three… We cannot pull it out!

Granddaughter: Oh! The turnip is very big. Dog! Dog! Come and help us!
