Описание к разработке:
Старшеклассники, ученики 10 класса, проводят данное мероприятие. Дети играют в игры, поют песни, отгадывают загадки и встречают Санта Клауса
Сценарий внеклассного мероприятия по английскому языку для начальной школы.
Тема: «Рождество»
Учитель английского языка: Абсалямова Н.В.
Цели мероприятия:
- приобретение знаний о культуре страны изучаемого языка, о праздновании Рождества в Великобритании;
- воспитание толерантности и уважения к культуре других стран;
- актуализировать имеющиеся знания у учащихся о традициях и обычаях празднования Рождества.
Действующие лица:

Оборудование: костюмы, музыкальный центр, песни.
Ход мероприятия
Ведущий: Good afternoon! I am glad to see you at our New Year’s Party. Oh, look around! It is snowing everywhere. The ground is covered with snow, the rivers and the lakes are covered with snow too. Fantastic! Completely white! Oh, what a lovely world! Let’s call our winter months and they will tell us about this wonderful season-winter.
Ведущий – переводчик: Добрый вечер! Я рад видеть вас на этом новогоднем празднике.
Ох, только посмотрите вокруг! На улице настоящая зимняя погода! Вся земля покрыта снегом, замерзли все реки и озера! Фантастично! Все белым – бело! Давайте, позовем наши зимние месяцы, и они расскажут нам об этом потрясающем времени года – зиме.

Сценарий рождественского праздника для учащихся 2-4 классов.
Учитель: Здравствуйте, ребята, дорогие гости! Сегодня у нас большой праздник — Новый Год! Но не обычный Новый Год, a Christmas. Christmas- это Рождество, которое в Великобритании и многих других странах празднуют раньше, чем Новый Год. Дети тоже украшают елку, получают подарки. К этому празднику мы все долго готовились. И сегодня вы увидите, что у нас получилось.

Christmas Star: Christmas is a religious holiday. We celebrate the
birth of Jesus Christ. We celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December. There are a lot of
traditions connected with Christmas. Every year the people of Norway give the city of
London a present. It’s a big Christmas tree and it stands in Trafalgar Square. Most
families write Christmas cards. In England almost every family receives more than 60
Christmas cards.
Snowflake 1: Christmas is always the happiest day of the year.
Children like to think of it as their own holiday. But for everyone it is a very special
time. The fun starts the night before, on the 24th of December, Christmas Eve.
Traditionally this is the day when people decorate their trees. Children hang stockings at
the end of their beds hopping that Farther Christmas will fill them with toys and sweets.
Snowflake 2: Relatives usually meet for the big Christmas dinner.
The traditional Christmas dinner is roast turkey with vegetables and Christmas pudding. In
England people make Christmas pudding before Christmas. Everyone in family stirs the
pudding and makes a wish. It’s a traditional meal, which people cook for Christmas
party. When the pudding is hot they put 5-penny pieces in it, a button or a ring. If you
find a button in your piece of pudding you will be rich, a ring – marriage.
Clown: At Christmas we follow old customs. We feel the magic of the
season. Most families decorate their houses with a Christmas tree, buy presents for the
family and friends. Sometimes English families trim trees outside their houses and place
candles in the windows. Red and green are the traditional Christmas colours.
Snow Maiden: The 26th December – Boxing Day is an extra holiday
after Christmas. This day people usually give and receive presents. This is time to visit
friends and relatives or to sit at home and watch football.
Master of Ceremony:

(Санта Клаус проходит с мешком по классу и дети
вынимают из мешка записки с пожеланиями
шуточного подарка на английском языке.
Например,“Dear Santa, bring me a kilo of snow, please!”)
Master of Ceremony: – Now, let’s play! “Где хвост у
Кролика?”
(К доске выходят пять уч-ся 5 класса.
Задание – нарисовать на доске символ года Белого
Кролика. Каждый рисует свой символ. Мастер
Церемонии выбирает лучшего, а затем стирает
хвосты у кроликов. Затем выходят еще пять уч-ся и
с завязанными глазами пытаются приклеить
заранее подготовленные меховые хвосты к
изображению кроликов. Уч-ся несколько раз
прокручивают вокруг своей оси. В конце конкурса
всем участникам Санта Клаус раздает подарки ).
Master of Ceremony: – Now, try to guess!
1. (Мастер Церемонии раздает индивидуальные
задания на снежинках и просит составить слова из
букв.)

«Christmas Hollidays» для учащихся 5-6х классов

Цель: расширение знаний учащихся о культурных традициях страны изучаемого языка
Задачи:
Учебный аспект: активизировать ранее изученные лексико—грамматические структуры в речи
детей, использовать английский язык как средство развития их коммуникативных умений.
Развивающий аспект: расширить представление детей о традициях, обычаях и культуре стран
изучаемого языка, развивать воображение, способность работать в группе.
Воспитательный аспект: воспитывать уважительное отношение к иной культуре, формировать
познавательную активность детей; воспитывать интерес к занятиям английским языком,
воспитывать готовность сотрудничать при выполнении конкретной задачи; учить работать
слаженно, помогая друг другу.
Оснащение: проектор для демонстрации презентации, компьютер, магнитофон,
Рождественское украшение, елка.

The wise men gave Jesus gifts of gold, platinum and myrrh. Because of this event

. When people shop for turkeys, crackers and presents, they also pick up holly
wreathes. Holly is an evergreen plant with sharp pointed leaves and red berries.
People use holly to decorate their homes. It is a very old tradition. Long ago people
began to put holly in their homes during the dark cold winters. They liked to look at
holly and think about the spring and the sun.
Mistletoe is an evergreen plant with small leaves and small white berries. On
Christmas Eve there is a bunch of mistletoe in every house.

beggars, seeking food, money, or drink, would wander the streets singing holiday
songs.

Целями данного мероприятия являются: знакомство учащихся с традициями празднования рождества в англоговорящих странах, развитие познавательных интересов и привитие любви к предмету.
Сценарий написан в расчете на два класса-участника (5-7 класс), но его легко адаптировать для любой аудитории. Она похожа на телевизионную игру «Кто хочет стать миллионером», но за каждый правильный ответ, команда будет получать елочную игрушку. Надеемся, что ребята не подведут и быстро украсят нашу рождественскую красавицу.
Ведущий 1 Итак, у нас есть две команды: левая половина зала «elves»(эльфы) и правая половина зала «magicians»(волшебники). У вас будет три подсказки в течение игры. Один раз каждая команда может попросить помощь зала.
Ведущий 2 И один раз вы можете выбрать «звонок учителю». Т.е. по вашей просьбе будут отвечать учителя, сидящие в этом зале. Ну, а 50 на 50 — это компьютерная подсказка.
