Конспект занятия : «Уборка квартиры»
Цель: Научить детей правильно выполнять уборку в своем жилище.
Задачи:
-Коррекция эмоционально-волевой сферы
-познакомить с правилами и последовательностью сухой и влажной уборки
-Активизировать в речи детей словарь по теме.
-Вспомнить помещения в квартире и гигиенические требования к жилому помещению
-Напомнить о необходимости соблюдать правила техники безопасности при работе с моющими и чистящими средствами, при работе с пылесосом.
-Воспитывать желание и необходимость проводить качественную уборку помещения
-Развивать память детей, умение сохранять и переносить материал, отработанный на предыдущих уроках.
-Готовить детей к самостоятельной жизни и труду, формировать у них знания и умения, способствующие социальной адаптации.
Ход занятия:
Воспитатель: Здравствуйте уважаемые гости, здравствуйте ребята! Мы рады приветствовать вас на нашем занятии!
Воспитатель: Вы знаете, что в России действует закон о предоставлении жилья детям- сиротам. А это значит, что совсем скоро, после того как вы окончите школу, а за тем и профессиональное училище, вы получите квартиру и начнете самостоятельно, без помощи взрослых, обустраивать свою жизнь и свое жилище! И те знания, которые вы получите от нас сейчас, вам пригодятся в вашей взрослой, самостоятельной жизни!
Стихотворение:
Грязно в доме, много пыли,
Паутина по углам.
Молоко на пол разлили,
Запустенье – стыд и срам!
Срочно нужно взять метёлку,
Тряпку и ведро воды,
Протереть с цветами полку,
И затем полить цветы.
Мусор весь собрать в корзину,
Хлам ненужный унести.
И конечно, обязательно –
Пол на кухне подмести.
Разобрать скорей завалы,
Чтобы свет в свой дом впустить,
Чтобы было все красиво,
Просто надо все помыть!
Воспитатель: Спасибо! Прослушав стихотворение, вы догадались о том, как будет называться наше занятие!!!
Ребенок:
-Наше занятие будет называться « Уборка квартиры!»
Воспитатель:
— Правильно! Ну что, начнем??!!! Представьте, что вы заехали в новую квартиру, расставили мебель, наклеили обои, покрасили пол, на подоконниках стоят красивые горшочки с цветами…..но кругом мусор и пыль! Вы решили навести порядок в квартире! С чего начать?
Эмоциональный настрой
Очень важно, чтобы во время хозяйственных хлопот было не просто хорошее, а бодрое настроение, которое во многом способствует тому, чтобы процесс пошел как можно более энергично. В этом случае важна правильная психологическая установка: сейчас я быстро все уберу и у меня дома будет чисто и хорошо, убраться — это такая ерунда для меня!
Очень бодрит и улучшает настроение во время хозяйственных дел энергичная музыка. Поставьте любимый диск или кассету и увидите, как дела пойдут гораздо веселее..
используйте прием прогнозирования – представьте, какой чистой и уютной станет ваша квартира после уборки. Включите любимую музыку и, при желании припевая и подтанцовывая, начните убирать в квартире!
Ваши помощники
(Обыгрываем с наглядностью)
- Не упустите случая купить в хозяйственном магазине специальные салфетки для протирания пыли — они моментально собирают пыль даже с полированных поверхностей — и салфетки для влажной уборки — они не оставляют разводов.
- Также вам понадобится спрей, предотвращающий скапливание пыли на бытовой технике за счет снятия статического напряжения, — потратив один раз в месяц на этот процесс минут 15, вы избавите себя от созерцания вечно пыльного экрана телевизора или панели музыкального центра. Такого же эффекта можно достичь и с мебелью, также раз в месяц протирая ее специальной полиролью.
- Многообразие средств для мытья стекол, сантехники, кухонной утвари и т.д. позволяет выбрать на любой вкус (вернее, запах) и кошелек. Пылесос! Ваш помощник в любой уборке!
- Швабра, тряпка и ведро, для чистоты пола!
- Губка, для мытья посуды, савок и веник, если нет пылесоса, а самое главное резиновые перчатки и не забываем про правила по технике безопасности при работе с моющими средствами, эти правила вы всегда можете прочитать на этикетках ваших чистящих средств!
- Если вы используете специальные химические средства для уборки, то позаботьтесь о своей безопасности. Наденьте перчатки во время уборки. Конечно, это не очень удобно, но зато ручки будут вам благодарны и будут радовать вас шелковистой кожей.
- Дыхательные пути тоже необходимо защищать. Особенно во время работы с аэрозолями и вредными летучими веществами. О своем здоровье в первую очередь должны заботиться вы сами.
Воспитатель: Хорошо, все приготовили — перчатки, тряпки, включили музыку….и что дальше? С какой комнаты мы начнем убирать?
Ученик:
— Конечно, можно бегать из одного угла квартиры в другой, хвататься за одно дело, а потом за другое. Можно начать несколько дел сразу. А потом с ужасом думать: «Я уже работаю несколько часов, а результата не видно!» Необходимо придумать для себя какую-то систему и придерживаться ее. Возможно, начинать уборку с самой грязной комнаты или, наоборот, с самой чистой.
Воспитатель: Мы определились с комнатой, это будет зал! И что дальше?
Ученик:
— Дальше нужна четкая последовательность действий.
-Одежду повесить на плечики, аккуратно сложить и убрать в шкаф.
-Подмести пол.
-Протереть зеркала.
-Вытереть пыль с полок и с предметов интерьера (вазы, картины и т.д.)
-Почистить диван и кресла пылесосом.
-Вытереть пыль с аудио и видео техники.
-Протереть окно и вымыть подоконник.
-Вымыть пол.
-Вымыть двери.
-Полить комнатные растения.
-Пропылесосить ковры.
-Осторожно убрать пыль с осветительных приборов (люстр, бра, торшеров).
-Протереть двери.
Воспитатель: Отлично! А как же кухня?
Ученик: И в кухне мы наведем порядок!
Уборка кухни.
Прибрать в шкафчиках.
Разморозить и вымыть холодильник.
Вымыть микроволновую печь.
Вымыть плиту и духовой шкаф.
Вымыть посуду руками или в посудомоечной машине.
Протереть пыль с вытяжки.
Почистить электрочайник.
Протереть стол и табуреты.
Вымыть раковину и смеситель (кран).
Протереть внешние фасады мебели.
Протереть плитку на стене.
Протереть холодильник снаружи.
Вынести мусор в контейнер.
Вымыть пол.
Воспитатель: Молодцы! И закончим нашу уборку в санузле, то есть туалет и ванная комната
Ученик: Уборка санузла.
Вымыть душевую кабину.
Почистить ванну.
Почистить унитаз.
Почистить раковину (умывальник).
Вымыть смесители (краны) и душ.
Поменять полотенца.
Протереть стиральную машину снаружи.
Протереть кафельную плитку на стенах.
Вымыть кафель на полу.
Вымыть зеркало и протереть полочки.

Ну вы прям такие молодцы, я очень рада за вас, вы знаете как правильно убраться в квартире! Но все же несколько советов вам не помешают….
Совет №1
Поставьте рядом с диваном или кроватью красивую корзиночку, чтобы складывать в нее книги, пульт, очки и другие мелочи. По крайней мере, ничего не будет валяться на полу.
Совет №2
Если в доме есть кошка или собака, которые регулярно линяют, разумнее все-таки прикрыть мягкую мебель легко стирающимися чехлами или накидками. Менее трудоемкий вариант — положите декоративные салфетки только на те места, где любят пристраиваться ваши любимцы. Под мисочку с едой подкладывайте бумажные полотенца, чтобы легче было убирать мусор.
Совет №3
Поддержание чистоты и порядка каждый день. Если обращать внимание на поддержание чистоты в доме ежедневно, это значительно сократит время проведения еженедельных и генеральных сезонных уборок, а дом будет всегда выглядеть опрятно. Каждое утро застилайте постель; следите, чтобы вещи не были разбросаны где попало; ежедневно мойте обувь и выносите мусор. Не стоит дожидаться еженедельной уборки, если вы увидели грязь, мусор прямо сейчас – грязь вытрите, мусор подберите. Соблюдая эти нехитрые правила, вы будете значительно реже ломать голову над тем, как убрать квартиру.
Совет №4
Приучайте к порядку и привлекайте к уборке всю семью. Обязательно приучите к порядку всех членов своей семьи. Переложите часть домашних обязанностей на них – ведь понять ценность уборки и оценить силы, потраченные на нее, может только тот, кто сам ее делает. Доверьте детям вынос мусора, мужу – чистку сантехники, приучите всех убирать за собой вещи, облегчите жизнь себе и обеспечьте порядок в доме.

Этими платными услугами можно воспользоваться, когда человек много работает и у него нет времени на домашние дела и заботы. Находите через объявления название компании, звоните, договариваетесь о встрече…..и оплачиваете услугу. Посмотрите, рекламу одного такого агентства.

- Вопрос: — Ребята, а зачем нам нужно прибираться в квартире?
Ответ: — Прибираться в квартире нужно с целью дезинфекции, при отсутствии должного ухода, в вашей квартире могут поселиться тараканы, муравьи и даже клещи!
Ответ: — Дело в том, что когда вы протираете пыль, или делаете влажную уборку — все частички пыли оседают, если даже не все, то большая часть их точно. За счет этого воздух становится чище и естественно мы дышим чистым воздухом!
Ответ: грязь – источник серьезных кишечных, кожных, респираторных и прочих заболеваний.
Ответ: Когда вещи лежат на своих местах, на окнах висят чистые шторы и в раковине нет грязной посуды, тогда в доме становится уютно и красиво! Чистота – залог хорошего настроения и семейного благополучия!

Субботник
Цель: Организация совместного досуга педагогов и учащихся через субботник.
Задачи:
Воспитательная: Воспитывать аккуратность, бережное отношение к природе, окружающему миру. Соблюдение чистоты в доме, городе, на природе.
Развивающая: Формирование интереса к труду, желания трудиться, желание беречь природу, развивать навыки трудовой деятельности.
Коррекционная: коррекция трудовых навыков, внимания, крупной и мелкой моторики, через общественно полезный труд.
Оформление: Плакаты с лозунгами: «Штаб субботника», «Все на субботник!», «Ни дня без доброго дела для школы!».
Оборудование: Перчатки, пакеты для мусора, метлы, грабли, носилки, конверты с заданиями, мультимедия, ноутбук, колонки, призы,вымпелы.
Тип занятия: Трудовой десант.
Ход занятия:

1-й ученик-Здравствуй, Лесовичок!
Что ты такой грустный сегодня?
Лесовичек — А чего мне радоваться?
Посмотри вокруг и настроение у тебя сразу испортится…
1-й ученик — Что у тебя происходит?
На этой поляне всегда был порядок, а теперь столько грязи и мусора!
Откуда это всё здесь появилось?
Куда же ты весь этот мусор денешь?
Лесовичек — Люди пришли в лес отдохнуть, полюбоваться природой, поиграть с детьми. Они поели, а весь свой мусор оставили в лесу.
2-й ученик — После уроков я купил себе чипсы, конфет, и шоколадку.
Ах, как было вкусно! Я всё быстро съел.
А что же осталось?
Грязнючка — Какой замечательный мусор! Это самый лучший подарок для Злючки – Грязючки!
Но я вижу, ребята, у вас много подарков для меня.
Ура! Я снова с вами!
Люблю, когда люди загрязняют всё вокруг.
люблю ребят, которые везде бросают мусор!
Я люблю любой мусор
3-й ученик — Злючка–Грязючка появляется везде, где бросают какой-нибудь мусор.
Он может появиться и в лесу, и на берегу реки, и на улицах города.
Из-за того,что некоторые люди бросают мусор, где хотят, в нашем городе появляются свалки в непредназначенных местах.
Давайте договоримся, что не будем бросать мусор где попало.
Все — Помните: «Чисто не там,где убирают, а там, где не мусорят!»
Ведущий:
-Добрый день! Мы рады приветствовать вас на школьном празднике «Чистота вокруг нас», проводимого в рамках субботника.
Ученица:
Субботники придуманы не зря.
Полезны, у кого сидячая работа.
По дому без движения нельзя —
Размяться всем, небось, охота.
Как хорошо граблями, метлами махать,
И мусор потаскать придется.
А главное всю территорию убрать.
И пошутить над чем найдется.
Ведущий: Конец апреля в России традиционное время субботников. По всем городам проходят эти мероприятия, призванные облагородить внешний вид наших улиц, парков, скверов и жилых кварталов. Раньше это мероприятие проходило скучно и не организованно. И никто не считал это за городской праздник. Но постепенно заботой о природе и чистоте улиц начинают интересоваться обычные жители. Им надоело смотреть на свои неухоженные дворы. Жители, самостоятельно придумывают, как спасти окружающую среду от загрязнения, а дворы от мусора. Любителей поучаствовать в субботниках становится все больше и больше.
Так зачем убирать мусор и что может случиться если этого не делать? Предлагаем вашему просмотру несколько видеороликов.

Слово для приветствия участников субботника предоставляется директору школы Тарасенко Ирине Николаевне.
Сейчас я предлагаю отправиться всем на уборку, но чтобы узнать у кого какая территория, прошу командиров групп подойти за конвертами с заданиями.
Инвентарь необходимый для работы можете получить в штабе субботника, который находится. Через 2 часа (когда работа будет выполненна) встречаемсяь здесь для подведения итогов.

Barney:Here’s the cave and there are the people who are going spelunking that means that their going to be exploring the cave but before they do that they have to get ready. They put on their backpacks to keep things in plus a hard hat to protect them incase something above them falls,Gloves to keep their hands clean and a water cannister
Kristy:Incase they get thirsty in there
Barney:That’s right Kristy
BJ:How are they going to see in there if it’s so dark?
Barney:They have a special light on their hard hat BJ so that they can see where their going
*The explorers go inside and they look up the roof of the cave noticing rocks up there*
Kristy:What are those rocks up there Barney?
Barney:Those are Stalactites Kristy they sort of make it look like the cave has teeth
*Footage cuts to the explorers skipping rocks on a pond in the cave*
Barney:And speaking of rocks it looks like they’re throwing the rocks in the pond to see which one goes the furthest
BJ:Woah! That rock went really far

Barney:When their done with that they take the rocks they found and put it in their backpacks as keepsakes and it’s back home they go They even notice on the way out that stalactites aren’t the only thing on the roofs of this cave
Kristy:Eww Bats! I don’t think I’d want them following me around
Barney:That’s exactly why they’re turning their lights down bats get scared of the light easily so the best thing is to turn them off when you’re around bats so that they can nap in peace

Barney:Just then 2 more farmers came by both also out of eggs and both very sad
Marie and Fred:Hickety, pickety, what to do! We have no eggs to see us through. Our hen got out and ran away, so we have no eggs today.
Kristy:Hickety, pickety, here’s what I’ll do. I’ll give eggs to each of you.

Barney:But the next day the same exact thing happened to her. Her hen got out and she has no eggs today

Barney:Just then all of the farmers she shared her eggs came back and were more then happy to share her eggs.

*BJ walks downstairs,Baby Bop hands him a basket*
Barney:Just then a farmer comes by and he’s sad because his hen ran out
BJ:Hickety, pickety, woah, it’s me for I have no eggs you see. My hen got out and ran away, and so I have no eggs today.
Kristy:Hickety, pickety, here’s what I’ll do. I’ll give some of my eggs to you.
*Kristy puts 4 eggs unto BJ’s basket*
Kristy:1-2-3 and 4 Now, your basket’s full once more.
BJ:Thanks!
*BJ leaves and stands near Barney and Baby Bop*
Barney:Feeling generous the farmer went on her way with a song in her heart
*Fred and Marie walk downstairs like with BJ, Baby Bop hands both of them baskets*
Barney:Just then 2 more farmers came by both also out of eggs and both very sad
Marie and Fred:Hickety, pickety, what to do! We have no eggs to see us through. Our hen got out and ran away, so we have no eggs today.
Kristy:Hickety, pickety, here’s what I’ll do. I’ll give eggs to each of you.
*Kristy hands both of them 3 eggs each*
Kristy:1-2-3 1-2-3 Now, you both have eggs, you see! Hickety, pickety, my fine hen. She lays eggs for gentlemen I gave all my eggs away, but she’ll lay plenty more some day.
Barney:But the next day the same exact thing happened to her. Her hen got out and she has no eggs today
Kristy:Hickety, pickety, my fine hen. She lays eggs for gentlemen But she got out and ran away, so I have no eggs today.
Barney:Just then all of the farmers she shared her eggs came back and were more then happy to share her eggs.
BJ,Fred and Marie:Hickety, pickety, here’s what we’ll do. We’ll give some of our eggs to you. 1-2-3 and 4 Now, you have some eggs once more!
Barney:And from that day on the farmers always made sure to share to those who don’t have anything for themselves. The end

Один из самых популярных сценариев. Но в то же время, его не так просто настроить. Что нам потребуется, чтобы организовать сигнализацию дома:
- Один из шлюзов для умного дома Xiaomi;
- Один или несколько датчиков движения;
- Геркон (датчик открытия двери);
В принципе это минимальный набор, который можно заказать комплектом. В случае необходимости можно добавить камеру Xiaomi и робота с автоматическими пулеметами.
Есть 2 способа настроить сигнализацию: Настройка на шлюзе и Настройка отдельного сценария.
Сигнализация в шлюзе Gateway 2
Рассмотри пример настройки сигнализации на шлюзе Mijia Gateway 2. Все необходимые датчики мы уже добавили к нему заранее. Переходим во вкладку «Авто» плагина шлюза. Видим сцену «Внимание» со значком щита, заходим в неё:
Первая вкладка «Своевременное оповещение», в ней настраивается время работы режима защиты на шлюзе. Время выставляется без поправки на китайское время, думаю с настройкой таймера работы проблем не возникнет.
Во второй вкладке «Состояния триггера предупреждения » настраиваются условия, от которых срабатывает сигнализация.
Выбираем необходимые условия (2 датчика открытия двери и датчик движения). Сигнализация сработает при срабатывании любого из трех этих датчиков.
Следующий пункт «Задержка времени срабатывания». Это время, после которого сигнализация активируется. Необходимо для того, чтобы вы успели покинуть квартиру, прежде чем сигнализация активируется.
В дополнительных настройках можно задать звук и громкость оповещения, световую индикацию, время сигнала и задать связку сигнализации с другим шлюзом. Оповещение на телефон отключить нельзя.
На этом настройка сигнализации закончена. Активировать режим защиты можно двойным нажатием кнопки шлюза (или в настройках шлюза, или задать сценарий активации). Теперь, после того как пройдет заданное время задержки, при открытии двери, или обнаружении движения шлюз включит сирену и будет мигать красным.
Что нам даст сигнализация? Конечно взломщиков она не задержит, достаточно выдернуть шлюз из розетки, чтобы сирена прекратилась. Но во первых, это может спугнуть бандитов, во вторых вы будете знать, что кто-то к вам влез. А тут уже можно посмотреть по камере происходящее, вызвать полицию или бежать домой.
Вроде все просто и понятно, но во время эксплуатации мы столкнемся с явным минусом, нет задержки срабатывания сирены. Т.е. вы открываете входную дверь, и сразу слышите радостный звук сирены (если перед открытием двери, в телефоне не снимите режим охраны). Отключается сигнализация нажатием кнопки шлюза.
Встает вопрос:
Как задать задержку срабатывания сигнализации Xiaomi?
И тут есть несколько решений.
Первый — установить свой звук сирены с тишиной в начале трека. Соответственно, тревога активируется, но вы успеете отключить сигнализацию.
Второй — Задаем действие сирены через сценарий. Поясню, тревога на шлюзе — это один из условий срабатывания сценариев.
Первое что нам надо сделать — зайти в настройки сигнализации шлюза и отключить световую индикацию и звук оповещения. Теперь режим защиты шлюза будет срабатывать, но без внешних факторов. Нам же остается настроить сценарий, срабатывающий на тревогу шлюза:
Исходя из настроек этого сценария: Во время срабатывания тревоги на шлюзе:
- Задержка 15 секунд;
- Воспроизведение звука сигнализации;
- Съемка камерой Xiaomi с записью в облако;
- Отправка уведомления на телефон.
Действия во время тревоги можно дополнять.
Но есть минус, если вы не успели отключить сигнализацию, то звук сирены придется слушать до конца.
Настройка сигнализации Xiaomi через сценарий
Есть так же альтернативный способ настроить сигнализацию, не задействовав сам шлюз как триггер.
Принцип действия аналогичен сценарию со шлюзом, при открытии одной из дверей, или при обнаружении движения срабатывает звук сирены, идет запись с камеры и отправляется уведомление на телефон.
А как включить такую сигнализацию? С кнопки шлюза теперь не получится. Можно установить время работы сигнализации прямо в сценарии, пункт «Запуск сценария». Но лучше вывести включение и выключение сигнализации на отдельное устройство, например кнопку Xiaomi smart wireless switch. Зададим на кнопку 2 сценария: первый сценарий включает «Режим охраны» через 15 секунд, а второй выключает режим охраны и воспроизводит короткую мелодию на шлюзе:
Соответственно — двойное нажатие кнопки ставит на сигнализацию через 10 секунд. А одинарное нажатие отключает режим охраны и воспроизводит короткую мелодию. Мелодия должна перебивать сирену, в случае, если вы не успели отключить сигнализацию.
В зависимости от комплектации вашего умного дома сценарий сигнализации можно расширить. Хорошим дополнением должны стать замки Aqara.
